Open - Club Report Our club was in good stead for the beginning of the year with a good strong committee, and people having a fresh job to tackle. Thanks to everyone's input, but most of all Simon for organising meetings throughout the year. One particularly memorable event was going to Southborough Fire Station, where a friend works, and only for the young farmers to find, with great disappointment that they had no pole! Ahhhhh! We have also had a go at painting pottery at Brasted ceramics, with some excellent results! We have held a number of social events over the year, and our club Christmas dinner was a great success, filling up the whole of our favourite pub. And, of course, everyone remembers our barn dance which was great fun! Everyone on the committee deserves a pat on the back for all their hard work, and I would like to wish our new committee all the best for the coming year. Simon Pierson
