Homewood School win again

Homewood School young farmers' club have won most points at the Kent County Show, for the second year in a row. Angley Open were the highest-scoring open club, coming in third place. A full list of results and points will be published here shortly.

Canterbury's Club Report

Display boards

Every club entered a display board into a competition, with the theme being "YFC around the World". This was also an opportunity for clubs to advertise events they have been up to over the year, and attract new members. See the entries here

Many clubs entered teams into the new bale-rolling competition,
kindly organised by Canterbury YFC. The only problem was...

Fancy Dress Class

Those poor sheep! From dragons and plant-pots, to horses and palm trees - this year's fancy dress saw sheep dressed up as them all.

Fun at the Marketing and Publicity stand

As well as information about Kent events and the various clubs, M&P this year also screened 'Kent Show: the Movie' - a popular short film put together by Brockhill Park young farmers.

Guests also had the opportunity to buy YFC merchandise, enter various fun competitions, and make their own badges and fridge magnets.
